How the 7-day trial works, when you are charged, and where your invoices are.

The trial
Your first subscription starts with 7 free days. The date of your first charge is shown in Account, Billing from the moment you subscribe. Cancel before it and you pay nothing.
Musetta is in early access right now. Creating an account does not start the trial; it keeps your spot, and we email you the day the studio opens.
Invoices and your card
Every charge has an invoice in Account, Billing, with a PDF you can hand to an accountant; it also arrives by email. To change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel, press Open billing portal. Payments are processed by Stripe and your card never reaches our servers.
If a payment fails
The studio keeps working while Stripe retries the card over the following days. Update the card in the billing portal and the retry succeeds on its own.
