Terms

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Musetta, the desktop studio, the included AI and this website. Musetta is operated by Aziz Khalledi (Musetta) (details in the imprint). By creating an account you agree to them. You must be 18 or older.

Your subscription

A subscription gives you a licence to use the studio on up to two computers at a time while it is active. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. A first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds and your right of withdrawal are set out in Cancellation and refunds. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices include or add VAT as shown at checkout. If we change the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.

AI credits

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits for the included AI and for cloud images and video; the studio shows what each action costs before you run it. The allowance renews with each billing period and unused monthly credits do not carry over. Credit packs you buy on top never expire while your account exists and are used after the monthly allowance. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as set out in Cancellation and refunds. Generating on your own computer or on a GPU you rent never uses credits.

Referrals

The affiliate program runs under its own program terms, which form part of these terms for anyone who shares a referral link.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We strongly recommend two-factor authentication. One account is for one person; do not share it or resell access. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; an active plan is cancelled immediately when you do.

Your work is yours

Everything you make in the studio belongs to you, as far as the law lets AI-made work be owned. We claim no rights over your characters, prompts or outputs, and they stay on your computer. You are responsible for what you make and publish, and for having the rights to anything you put in, such as reference images or voices.

Engines and third parties

Generation runs either on engines you choose (your own ComfyUI, a GPU host you rent, or API providers you connect) or, for the included AI and cloud images and video, through our gateway on third-party model providers. Engines you choose are between you and their provider, including their prices and any charges they bill you. Model providers may refuse a request under their own content rules; a refused or failed cloud request does not use your credits.

Acceptable use

  • Do not create sexual content involving minors, or content depicting a real person without their consent.
  • Do not use Musetta to impersonate real people, to deceive others about who made something, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Do not create content that is illegal where you live, or attempt to get around credits, licence checks or limits.
  • Follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including any labelling of AI-made content.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. Where we close it for a serious breach, the paid period is not refunded; otherwise we refund the unused part.

Availability

The studio keeps working on your computer, but the included AI and cloud generation depend on our servers and on model providers, and may at times be unavailable or change which models they offer. We work to keep them reliable and tell you in advance about changes that matter.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we gave a guarantee. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation that is essential to the contract and that you may rely on, and then only for the damage that was typical and foreseeable when the contract was made. Otherwise our liability is excluded. Keep backups of anything you cannot replace.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; nothing changes for the period you already paid for.

Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. These terms are made in English.
