Questions
- Do I need to be a customer?
- You need a free account to get your link. You do not need a paid plan to earn.
- When does a referral count?
- When a new customer confirms their account within 60 days of opening your link, or enters your code before their first purchase. Before they sign up, the last link they opened counts; once they are yours, they stay yours. Returning customers do not count.
- What about the free trial?
- A trial earns nothing on its own. Your commission starts with their first real payment, and the six months are counted from there.
- What if they cancel or get a refund?
- Commission stops when they stop paying. A refunded payment takes its commission back; if it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from what you earn next.
- Can I refer myself?
- No. Buying through your own link, on this account or a second one, breaks the terms. We match cards and email addresses against yours, void those commissions and may close the accounts.
- Will the people I invite see my name?
- Your first name only, on the invite they see when they open your link, so they know who sent them. Never your email or your earnings.
- Can my rate change?
- Every customer keeps the rate that applied when they signed up. If we change the program, it only affects new referrals, and we tell you first.
Program terms
- Commission is 20% of what a referred customer actually pays, after discounts and before tax, on every payment in the 6 months after their first payment.
- A referral counts when a new customer confirms their account within 60 days of opening your link, or enters your code before their first purchase. Before sign-up the last link opened counts; after it, the customer stays with that affiliate. Returning customers are not referrals.
- Commission clears 14 days after each payment. Refunds and chargebacks reverse it; if already paid, the amount is deducted from what you earn next.
- Cleared balances of $20 or more are paid once a month by PayPal or Wise, in US dollars. Smaller balances carry over.
- Payouts need a confirmed account email. When payout details change, we email the account and the next payout waits 7 days.
- Say that you earn a commission when you share your link, as advertising rules in most countries require.
- People who open your link see your first name on their invite. Nothing else about you is shown.
- No self-referrals, no fake accounts, no spam, and no paid search ads on the Musetta name. Do not promise features the studio does not have.
- We may close accounts that break these terms and withhold commission earned by breaking them.
- Changes to the program apply to new referrals only, and we tell affiliates by email first.
