Cancellation and refunds

The short version: try it free, cancel whenever you like, and you keep what you paid for until the period ends.

The free trial

A first subscription starts with 7 free days. Cancel before they end and you are never charged. We show the date of your first charge in Billing from the moment you subscribe.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing, in two clicks, without writing to anyone. Your plan does not renew and the studio keeps working until the end of the month or year you already paid for. Your characters and outputs stay on your computer either way.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are not refunded for the month already started, apart from your right of withdrawal below; cancelling stops the next charge.
• Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of a charge if you write to us.
• Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you write to us: in full while unused, otherwise for the credits you have not spent.
• Charged by mistake, for example a renewal you meant to cancel the day before: write to us within 14 days and we refund it.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

As a consumer you may withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days. When you subscribe you ask us to give you access straight away; if you withdraw within the 14 days we refund the payment, minus the share of the period you already used.
