Sign the studio in to your account
How the short-code sign-in works, and how to move the studio to another computer.

How it works
The studio never asks for your password. When you press Sign in, it shows a short code and opens this site. You approve the code here, while signed in, and the studio signs itself in. The code expires after 15 minutes.
- 1In the studio, press Sign in.
- 2On this site, check the code matches what the studio shows.
- 3Press Approve. The studio updates within a few seconds.
Two computers per plan
A subscription runs the studio on up to two computers at the same time, for example a desktop and a laptop. Your machines are listed under Account, Security, Where you are signed in.
To move to a new computer, sign the old one out from that list first, then sign the new one in.
If a code is refused
Codes work once and for 15 minutes. Press Sign in again in the studio for a fresh one. If you are asked to approve a code you did not start, press Deny: someone may be trying to use your account.
